  1. Services Provided

AllTalk Communications provides cloud-based business VoIP services and related hardware (phones and adapters) to business clients on a subscription basis.

  1. Subscription and Billing
  • Services are available on monthly or annual subscription terms.
  • Payment is due upon activation or renewal.
  • No refunds are issued once a service has been activated.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Pricing and fees may change with prior notice.
  1. Service Agreement

All customers are required to sign a Service Agreement prior to activation. The agreement outlines installation terms, service level expectations, and usage policies.

  1. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful business purposes.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Not interfere with network performance, security, or other users.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

  1. Hardware

If hardware (e.g., IP phones, adapters) is provided:

  • Ownership may remain with AllTalk Communications unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining and safeguarding any provided equipment.
  • Lost or damaged hardware may incur replacement fees.
  1. Service Availability and Maintenance

While we strive for continuous service uptime, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances. AllTalk Communications is not liable for temporary outages or service disruptions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllTalk Communications is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or lost profits.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllTalk Communications, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

  1. Termination

AllTalk Communications reserves the right to suspend or terminate service at any time for non-compliance with these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the system.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
